The ongoing spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada and around the world has understandably raised concerns and questions.

This is why we are reaching out to you at this time to let you know that at TERCIER MOTORS LTD., we will continue to operate with reduce business hours 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday as well as from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays; with our doors now open to the public. As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we are following the latest guidance from local, provincial, and federal health authorities to help ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest safety protocols. We also want you to know that putting your safety first will always remain our top priority, especially as this global situation continues to evolve.

During this crucial time, it's more important than ever to keep your vehicle running at its best in order for you to get where you need to be. our Certified Service experts. You can also visit our website www.terciermotors.comservice and maintenance required for your vehicle.

During this time, our shuttle service is now back in full operation! You may drop off your vehicle using our key drop off and arrange for your own transportation, or use our shuttle service! If you live in town and would feel more comfortable with us picking up your vehicle, and dropping it off and sanitizing it, this can be arranged as well! Just let us know!

We also want you to know that putting your safety first will always remain our top priority! We've taken important steps to help us all stay protected

  • We have steering wheel, gear shift, seat and floor covers
  • We are sanitizing key surfaces, customer lounge, workstations, showroom, rental and demo vehicles
  • All employees are trained on the preventative steps they need to take to keep the dealership safe.
  • We have implemented a no-touch policy for our staff (e.g. no shaking hands or physical contact with customers or other staff members)


    • Call in your parts order, or come into the dealership to see us!
    • Pay at the counter, or if you would feel more comfortable we are taking payment via telephone still - for your convenience!
    • We will deliver to your home or business!
    • Pick up inside the dealership, or outside the dealership door - just let us know what you're most comfortable with!
